- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt

- Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval until smooth.
- Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of a mini muffin tin or candy mold. Tap the tin gently to spread the chocolate evenly.
- Roll the peanut butter mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place a peanut butter ball into each chocolate-lined muffin tin.
- Spoon another small amount of melted chocolate over the peanut butter ball, making sure to cover it completely. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
- Refrigerate the peanut butter cups for at least 10 minutes to set the chocolate. Serve chilled and enjoy!
